Meeting and Task Management

Commugen's Meeting and Tasks Management provides tools to plan, notify and document meetings. Most importantly it allows the creation of tasks within a meeting, with mail notifications, alerts and escalation. Thus making it easier to meet deadlines and relegate the unpleasant task of task management to the system.

The solution can produce the meeting minutes or protocol, on the company letterhead.
In addition, the user can monitor the implementation of decisions made at the various meetings, and allow alerts sending and escalation in case of failure to comply with the deadlines.
